Xiangxi people in Luanchuan County, Gansu, serve Sichuan-Xiang cuisine, the dishes are large enough and very spicy. We ordered the pepper fish head king, but it felt different from the fish head king in Hunan. We also ordered steamed eggs, hand-teared meat and Yangzhou fried rice. The spicy dishes are mostly, and they are definitely full, but they are too spicy.
